At MyLifeLore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mylifelore.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that will be given to you by the customer support team (US based address).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@mylifelore.com.

 

 

Fees and Costs
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. For U.S. orders, we provide a pre-paid return shipping label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and customs fees are non-refundable. If you choose to use a different carrier than our provided label, those shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

Returns Process:

When returning a product, please follow the steps below and ensure that you contact us before:

  • We will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product(s).
  • The product(s) must be returned in its original condition with no any damage.
  • Once we receive your returned product(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Important Note: Please Do Not return any item without prior confirmation from our customer support team, as we need to be aware of the return. Unconfirmed returns may be considered lost packages, and we will not be able to take responsibility for them.

 

Special Circumstances

  • International Orders - Customers with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return. We cannot provide free return labels for international clients, and return shipping fees are not covered.
  • Third-Party Purchases - If you purchased from an authorized retailer, contact them directly for returns rather than contacting us. We can only process returns for products sold directly through our website.
  • Non-Returnable Items - Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Alternative Shipping Methods - If you use a different shipping service than our provided label, please provide tracking information. Shipping costs associated with using a different carrier are non-refundable.
    Any returns received without proper Return Merchandise Authorization will be rejected.
